INITIAL START UP:

• Deposit: Each merchant submits a $30 sign up fee.
• Advertising: This is a great way to advertise your business and add your own personal touch to our welcome packets.
• New Clients: Each month your service will be presented to new potential clients. It is a lot simpler bringing in new clients then trying to coax them into switching.
• We are always giving our welcome packets a new and unique look. We have stockings, “Green” shopping bags, Baskets, Chinese Take-out boxes, and etc.

MONTHLY COST:

• Monthly bills will be mailed the 1st of the month, and are based on the actual number of new residents in the area. The number of residents will vary from month to month. Summer and fall will tend to have a higher volume of new residents, so your bill will tend to be higher during these seasons.

IMPORTANT DATES:

• Invoices are due on the tenth of the month. All promotional materials such as: Gift certificates, Menus, Fliers, etc. must be received by the 1st of the month to be included in the baskets.
The free new resident list will be emailed or mailed upon payment on the 15th of the following month.

A FABULOUS BASKET:

• This is a great personalized gift that is hand delivered to the new resident’s door. Each gift packet is arranged with freebies and coupons from local merchants. We enjoy meeting the new residents and making them smile.

HOT PROSPECTS:

• New residents are the hottest prospects around! They are new to the community, and are not yet loyal customers to businesses. We give you the opportunity to welcome them and earn their business.

AFFORDABLE COST:

• The average cost per month will be an average of $50 and up. The bill will increase and decrease depending on the season.

• Each month you will receive a list of everyone we visit on behalf of your business.
